"The World" does not owe the Palestinians anything. Nor does the world owe the Israelis anything. The Palestinians are owed a right to freedom and the ability to pursue their happiness by their government. This is what the Israeli government provides for THEIR citizens, including 1 million Arab Israeli citizens.

The Israelis pulled out of Gaza a year ago. Since then the Palestinians have elected a violent government to rule over them. When you can show me that the constitution of this Palestinian government provides for the same basic freedoms for it's citizens that the constitution that the Israeli citizens enjoy then I will think the Palestinian plight might have an end.
