(Ticker NNVC) as a possible speculative investment for investors who want a hedge against a potential Bird Flu, or H5N1, outbreak. According to the company: "NanoViricides, Inc. is a development stage company that is creating special purpose nanomaterials for anti-viral therapy. A nanoviricide(TM) is a specially designed, flexible, nanomaterial with or without an encapsulated active pharmaceutical ingredient and a targeting ligand to a specific type of virus, like a guided missile." One warning: this is a very risky penny stock investment. I first told my readers about my investment in NanoViricides on November 22, 2005 in our TA: Technical Analysis & Charting forum HERE. where it has done quite well, up 80% as I type, from that post. I also wrote an article on the old site about NNVC on 1/9/06 where I wrote "The chart shows it has done well for me since then with a nearly 40% gain since that 11/22/05 buy at $1.01."
